Kathmandu. Miteri Development Bank has called its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11:00 am on November 22 at Sunsari Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dharan.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent cash dividend (including tax) on its paid-up capital, delegating authority to the Board of Directors to carry out necessary works for merger with other appropriate banks and financial institutions and make necessary amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the bank.
Similarly, approve the financial statements of the last fiscal year and appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year, elect 3 directors on behalf of the public shareholders and approve the expenditure incurred on corporate social responsibility in the last fiscal year.
The bank has decided to close the book from November 6 to November 24 for the AGM and dividend distribution. Based on the book close, only the shareholders of NEPSE will be able to participate in the ASAD till November 20 and receive the dividend.
