Kathmandu. Mountain Energy Nepal Limited has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The company has declared a dividend of 21.052% to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.

The company has declared 20% bonus shares and 1.0526% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 5 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate. The meeting also decided to hold the AGM on December 29 to endorse the dividend proposal.

The company is closing its book for one day on December 3 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 30 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
