Employees Provident Fund holds the largest stake in the bank at 4.74 percent. Similarly, IME Holdings Pvt. Ltd. IME Investment Pvt. Ltd., 2.78 percent. Ltd. 2.51 percent, Sumit Kumar Agrawal 1.82 percent, Bishnu Prasad Neupane 1.41 percent, Continental Investment Pvt. Ltd. The company owns 1.15 percent of the company’s shares.

Similarly, Citizen Investment Trust (0.92 per cent), Uttam Kumar Nepal (0.90 per cent), Rana Bahadur Shah (0.78 per cent) and Nimisha Investment Pvt Ltd (0.92 per cent) have been promoted. Ltd. Hemraj Dhakal has 0.74 percent shareholding, Kamdhenu Investment Pvt Ltd has 0.67 percent and Homeland Developers has 0.66 percent share.
