Kathmandu. Taragaon Regency Hotel has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The company has announced a 5 percent cash dividend on its share.

The company has declared the dividend excluding taxes. A meeting of the board of directors of the hotel held on December 22 decided to distribute the dividend at this rate.

The dividend will be distributed at the same rate after it is approved by the next Annual General Meeting.
