Suryakund Hydro Electric Gets Approval from Board of Nepal to Issue IPO

Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Suryakunda Hydroelectric Company to issue an initial public offering (IPO). SEBON has given permission to the company to issue the IPO on September 25.

Api Power Company will issue 13,79,350 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each at a face value of Rs 13,79,35,000 i.e. 20% of its issued capital to the general public. Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
