Kathmandu. Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared dividend of 3.5% of its current paid-up capital.

The company has declared 1.5% bonus share and 2% cash dividend (including tax purposes).

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 9 has decided to distribute dividend at this rate. The meeting of the company has also decided to call the 14th AGM on January 6 and close the book on January 22 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.

The shareholders of the company will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company till January 23.
