Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has directed the Securities Board of India (SEBON) to investigate and investigate the IPO of Reliance Spinning Mills.

The ministry sent a letter to the board on December 1 directing it to investigate and take necessary action. The ministry has asked the ministry to investigate the IPO of Reliance and inform the ministry about the action taken by it.

“The Ministry’s serious attention has been drawn to the news published in various media regarding the process of issuing the share book building of Reliance Spinning Mills from the process and other issues related to it,” the ministry said in the letter.
