Kathmandu. CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 18 decided to distribute the dividend.
The company has declared dividend of 13.43 percent of its current paid-up capital. Out of this offer, 12.76 percent is bonus shares and 0.67 percent is cash dividend.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
