Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Sindhu Bikas Bank has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on December 18. The meeting also decided to send the financial details to the Nepal Rastra Bank.
