Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Super Khudi Hydropower Limited to issue its initial public offering (IPO). The board has given permission to the company to issue 31 lakh units of shares with a face value of Rs 100 on Sunday. After the IPO issuance, the paid-up capital of the company will reach above Rs 1.55 billion.
The company has been allowed to issue 20 percent shares of the issued capital. Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
