Kathmandu. Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 22 decided to distribute the dividend.

The company has declared a 10 percent dividend to its shareholders. The company has declared a dividend of Rs 1,22,44,344 i.e. 10% of its current paid-up capital. The company has declared 9.50 percent bonus shares and 0.50 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
