Kathmandu. Mayakhola Hydropower Company has called its general assembly to endorse the proposal to issue cent percent right shares. The company has called its ninth annual general meeting (AGM) at Dhumra Baraha Venue, Dhumbarahi, Poush 38. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m.

The AGM will endorse a special proposal to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the existing paid-up capital. Besides, the meeting will endorse the proposal to add the provision related to right shares in Rule 7 of the Regulation and appoint an auditor.

For the purpose of the AGM, the company will close its book on January 17. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till January 30 will be able to participate in the AGM of the company.
