Kathmandu. Kathmandu Lanco Limited is going to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO). The meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 22 has called the annual general meeting for January 29.

The meeting has been called at the company’s registered office, Kathmandu District, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-1 at 12:00 noon.

The proposal to be presented in the AGM has proposed to approve the annual report of the company for the fiscal year 2081/82, the statement of the auditor of the company along with the statement of the company, the account of profit and loss for the fiscal year 2081/82 and the appointment of the auditor and determination of the remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.

Similarly, the AGM has proposed forming a board of directors, issuing shares to the general public, amending the memorandum of association of the company and giving authority to the board of directors to carry out all works while issuing shares to the general public, said the company’s chairman Europe Man Shrestha.
