Kathmandu. Club Chaulani Limited is going to issue an IPO. The company has appointed Garima Capital Limited as its issue manager for the IPO issuance.

KATHMANDU: Club Chaulani Limited and Garima Capital Limited have signed an agreement for the IPO issuance and issue manager. The company has appointed Garima Capital Limited as the issue manager for the IPO issuance in a program held at Budhanilkantha Holiday Inn Resort on Tuesday.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Rajendra KC, Chairman of Chaulani Limited and Mr. Nirmal Bhattarai, Chief Executive Officer of Garima Capital Limited. Established in 2065 BS as a private limited company, Club Chaulani was transformed into a public company on Poush 22, 2081 BS. Club Chaulani is going to issue 20 percent of its issued capital to the general public in the form of IPO.
