Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Ram Krishna Khatiwada has been appointed as an independent director of NIC Asia Bank.
A meeting of the board of directors of the bank held today appointed Khatiwada as an independent director. His term will be for 4 years.
Likewise, director of the bank Ganesh Man Shrestha has resigned from the bank.
The bank’s board of directors accepted his resignation citing personal reasons.
