Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Hotel Forest Inn to issue initial public offering (IPO).
The board on Sunday gave permission to the company to issue an IPO.
With this, the hotel will issue 40 lakh units of shares at the rate of Rs 100 per share.
NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
