Kathmandu. The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IGI Prudential Insurance Company Limited (IGI) has been held in Kathmandu. The AGM of the company was held at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu on Thursday.
The AGM of the company has approved the dividend distributed from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company had proposed a cash dividend of 5% of its paid-up capital from the profit of the last fiscal year. The motion was passed.
Similarly, the AGM also informed that the company’s 11-storey building with 2 floors of parking will be shifted from Narayanchaur, Naxal to Panipokhari by mid-January.
