Kathmandu. The ninth annual general meeting of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company has been concluded. The AGM of the company was held at Shubha Events, Golfutar, Kathmandu on Thursday.

The AGM of the company has approved the dividend proposal distributed from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting approved a proposal to distribute Rs 510,18,970 cash dividend of Rs 510.1780 per cent of its paid-up capital.

Likewise, the meeting passed a proposal to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and determine his/her remuneration.
