Kathmandu. Lumbini Bikas Bank has issued 1,20,090 units of promoter shares. This is the second time the bank has published a notice for the sale of promoter shares after the shares were not sold for the first time.

According to the bank, promoter shareholder Kanchha Gurung and Prakash Man Shrestha are selling 20,090 units of promoter shares.

Earlier, the bank had published a notice in this regard on December 21. This is the second time the bank has issued the notice after it did not receive any application from any promoter shareholder during that period.

Interested individuals and institutions should submit their application along with other necessary documents and details to the head office of the bank, Dillibazar, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
