Kathmandu. The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Prabhu Bank Limited has been concluded. The AGM has approved the dividend distributed from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The AGM presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, Kishor Jung Karki, approved the report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081÷82 along with the statements made by the Board of Directors, statements of profit or loss, statement of cash flow and related schedules.

The AGM has also approved the consolidated financial statements of the bank’s subsidiaries Prabhu Capital Limited and Prabhu Stock Market Limited for FY 2081÷82. All the resolutions presented in the meeting were passed unanimously.

Currently, the bank has been providing banking services through a network of 312 branches, 68 extension counters and 269 ATMs across the country.
