Himalayan Bullion to issue IPO of Rs 12.5 crore

Kathmandu. Himalayan Bullion Company, which has been trading in silver market, is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. The company has formally started the IPO issuance.

The company is issuing 12,50,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Jyoti Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

The MOU was signed by Bhishma Prasad Gautam, Chairman of Himalayan Bullion Company and Bikash Dhakal, CEO of Jyoti Capital. According to the company, the shares will be set aside for the general public (including Nepalis working abroad), mutual funds and employees.

As per the agreement, Jyoti Capital will handle all the management, coordination with regulatory agencies, correspondence and other technical work related to the IPO issuance of Himalayan Bullion. According to the company, the IPO will be issued in the near future after completing the necessary process as per the Companies Act, 2063 and Securities Act, 2063. Himalayan Bullion Company has a registered office at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-1.
