Kathmandu. The stock market rose in the pre-open session on the second trading day of the week. It rose 6.25 points to 2,678.81 on Tuesday. The sensitive index rose 1.33 points in the session.

A total of 2,55,982 units of shares worth Rs 15,67,16,794 were traded in 252 trades of 86 companies in the pre-open session on Tuesday. Of them, the price of 55 companies has increased while the price of 24 companies has decreased. The prices of the remaining 7 companies remained stable in the session.
