Kathmandu. On the second trading day of the week, the stock market fell slightly. The stock market, which had hit a high on the previous trading day, closed on a general correction today.

On Monday, the NEPSE index decreased by 3.07 points to close at 2,769.09 points. The Sensitive Float Index decreased by 1.65 points, while the Float Index decreased by 0.21 points and the Sensitive Float Index decreased by 0.52 points.

Although the stock market has fallen, the volume of transactions has increased today. Shares worth Rs 13.78 billion were traded on the previous trading day on Sunday, while shares worth Rs 16.35 billion were traded today.

Shares of 5 companies traded today have hit the positive circuit. Shares of SY Panel Nepal, Himstar Energy Company, Saanvi Energy, Saptakoshi Development Bank and Mountain Hydro Nepal were traded in the positive circuit level today.
