Both the stock market and the volume of transactions decreased

Kathmandu. On Tuesday, the third trading day of the week, both the stock market and the trading volume decreased. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index decreased by 42.58 points to close at 2,726.51 points. Today, the stock market has fallen by more than one and a half percent.

The stock market, which had gained double digits on Sunday, fell by 3.07 points on Monday.TAG_OPEN_div_12 Today, the sensitive index decreased by 7.37 points, while the float index decreased by 3.09 points and the sensitive float index decreased by 2.64 points.

} Trading volume also decreased along with the stock market on Tuesday. Shares worth Rs 16.35 billion were traded on Monday, while shares worth Rs 14.16 billion were traded on Tuesday.

Out of 13 sub-groups, price of shares of 12 sub-groups has decreased while the price of shares of other seven sub-groups has remained unchanged.TAG_OPEN_div_8 According to the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse), the share prices of most of the sub-groups fell by more than 1 percent today.
