Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SUN) has organized a two-day National Agents’ Conference 2082 at Hotel Grand Pokhara. The program was presided over by the company’s Chief Executive Officer Raj Kumar Aryal.

The event witnessed significant participation of reputed agency leaders and best agents from all over the country. On the first day of the program, agents who have played a significant role in the growth of the company through outstanding business, dedication and continuous contribution were honored.

In addition, the company has highly rated their professional excellence, efficiency and leadership abilities, bestowing special honors on the agents who have achieved the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 2026, which is considered to be an international achievement.

On the second day of the program, a training session focused on capacity building and leadership development of the agents was conducted. Anil Jha, an internationally acclaimed sales trainer and leadership development trainer, imparted motivational training on sales skills, leadership skills, transformation of thinking and building long-term relationships with customers.

According to the organizers, his impressive presentation and hands-on experience have motivated the participating agents to move forward with higher goals.
