Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s net profit has increased in 2018.

As of mid-January of the current FY, the bank’s net profit stood at Rs 27.36 crore. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 1,776 crore in the same quarter last year.

During the period, the bank’s operating profit stood at Rs 15.98 crore. The bank’s net interest income increased by 1.14 percent to Rs 5.24 billion.

The bank’s earnings per share is negative at Rs 2.04 and net worth per share is Rs 166.23. The distributable profit of the bank stood at Rs 84.27 crore.

The bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 26.78 billion and reserve fund of Rs 17.73 billion. The bank collected deposit of Rs 384.23 billion and extended loan of Rs 287.90 billion. The bank’s bad loans stand at 5.50 percent.
