Kathmandu. Suryakunda Hydro Electric Company (Suryakunda Hydro Electric Company) is set to issue its initial public offering (IPO) today.

Kumari Capital Limited is the issue manager for the IPO today.

The company had issued a total of 5,72,431 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public from February 2 to 24. A total of 25,53,871 investors have applied for the IPO. A total of 57,243 people will get 10 units of shares each.

The company was allowed to issue 13,79,350 units of shares worth Rs 13,79,35,000 i.e. 20% of the issued capital of Rs 68,96,74,400. The company has set aside 34,484 units for mutual fund and 13,793 units for employees.
