Birgunj. Police have arrested three persons with nine improvised explosive devices (IEDs), one pig’s head and 10 meters wires in Parsa.
Acting on a special tip-off, a joint team of integrated security personnel from Inarwagaun of Birgunj metropolis-16 arrested them.
Hari Bahadur Basnet, information officer of Parsa Police, said that investigation into the case is underway.
He added that further investigation was underway against them on charges related to explosives, crimes against public peace and election-related offences.
