Kathmandu. Locals boycotted the election at Beding polling centre in Gaurishankar Rural Municipality-9 of Dolakha district.
According to Assistant Chief District Officer Aulakh Bahadur Ale, no voters have cast their votes at the polling centre till 2:30 pm.
