Applications for Korean language test open for 7,200 students

. South Korea has opened applications for the Korean language test under the Employment Permit System (EPS). The Department of Foreign Employment, EPS Korea Chapter under the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment has invited interested Nepali citizens to apply.

According to the agreement signed between Nepal and South Korea, 7,200 workers will be selected this time.TAG_OPEN_div_10 According to HRD Korea, 5,000 employees have been asked for in the manufacturing sector, 2,000 in agriculture and livestock, 100 in service sector and 100 in forest sector.

The applicant must be 18 years old and not more than 39 years old.TAG_OPEN_div_6 The bill also states that the person should not have been convicted of a criminal offense by the court, has not been sent back illegally from South Korea, has not been banned by the Government of Nepal from going for foreign employment and has not stayed in South Korea on E-9 or E-10 visa for five years or more.
