Kathmandu. Beni Hydropower Project has allotted ordinary shares (IPO).

NMB Capital Limited (NMB Capital), the issue manager for the IPO issuance, has issued an IPO on Monday.

The IPO has been allotted through lottery due to more applications than the demand.

The company had issued 8,63,200 units of shares worth Rs 8,63,20,000 to the general public on September 8 to 26.

Out of which, 23,51,560 people had applied for 2,62,910 units of shares. 23,05,233 applications were approved and the rest were rejected.

A total of 86,320 people have been allotted 10 units of shares of the company.
