Sichuan Hechuan Investment Co., Ltd. holds the largest stake in the company.

Sichuan Hechuan owns 43.12 percent of the shares in the company. Similarly, Maheshwar Prakash Shrestha owns 10.04 percent, Himalayan Infrastructure Fund Ltd. 7.73 percent, Rijan Shrestha 5.58 percent and Binod Kumar Shrestha 4.40 percent.

Prithvi Bahadur Pandey owns 3.67 per cent, Lotus Investment Pvt. Ltd. owns 3.67 per cent, Pratima Pandey 1.47 per cent, Shivant Bahadur Pandey 1.47 per cent and Sophia Pandey 1.47 per cent.
