Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Shine Resunga Development Bank.

Only existing shareholders will be eligible to participate in the meeting and will receive the dividend fixed by the company. The bank will close the book on Friday.

The bank has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 12 at Hotel Saffron Butwal, Rupandehi. The company has proposed to provide 3 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The meeting has proposed giving authority to the Board of Directors to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other banks and financial institutions, authority to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint auditors.
