Kathmandu. Dinesh Sariya has been appointed as the Chairman of Protective Micro Insurance Limited. Saria was formally sworn in on Thursday.

Janak Raj Sharma, chairman of Insurance Authority of Nepal (NEA), the regulatory body of Nepal Insurance Sector, administered the oath of office and secrecy to him.

After taking the oath of office, Sariya pledged to move the company forward as a more capable and responsible organization, prioritizing the development of the insurance sector, adhering to regulatory standards and good governance.
