. Prabhu Bank has appointed senior deputy CEO Niraj Lamsal as the acting CEO of the bank. Following a notice made public by Nepal Police Headquarters, Central Investigation Bureau on November 26, the bank appointed Mr. Lamsal as the acting CEO of the bank with effect from November 30 to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the bank.

According to the bank, all the activities related to regular services, transactions, customer service and branch management will be operated as usual.TAG_OPEN_p_4 The bank has assured that there will be no negative impact on customers, shareholders and stakeholders in the information released.
