Kathmandu. Ridge Line Energy has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the IPO issuance. The company has received approval from the board to issue 26,07,000 units of shares at a price of Rs 1,000 per share.
On Monday, SEBON granted permission to the company to issue an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 26.07 crore.TAG_OPEN_div_2 Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
