Kathmandu. Deprox Laghubitta Bittiya Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend on its shareholder dividend.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday has proposed 15 percent dividend to the shareholders.
The company has proposed a 10 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend. The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
