Kathmandu. Siddhartha Premier Insurance has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company has decided to distribute 25% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the insurance company held on December 9 has decided to distribute the dividend at the same rate. The dividend will be distributed after its approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsed by the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
