Kathmandu. Reliance Finance Company (RFL) has decided not to distribute dividend to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on December 17 has decided not to distribute dividend.
The company has decided to send the financial details to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
