Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NIC ) has declared a net profit on its current share.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held this morning has declared dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
It has proposed a cash dividend of 6.3158 percent including tax.
The proposal will be approved by the Insurance Authority and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
