Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank has launched an online portal to provide information related to auction of bank assets, non-banking assets and collateral securities.

The online portal of the bank provides details including plot number, area, photos, maps and the actual location of the properties put up for auction. Arrangements have been made to enter the respective portal by scanning the QR code included in the notice related to the auction sale.

The bank has also provided the facility for customers to request direct information about the property they want to purchase by mentioning their full name, email address, mobile number and contact address through the message box available on the same portal.

According to the bank, the online portal will regularly update the banking and non-banking properties auctioned, as well as the assets in the collateral secured and other information related to the auction. The bank believes that this will make the auction process more transparent, convenient and information-friendly.

Customers interested in purchasing property through auction can get details of the properties being sold through the bank’s online portal.
