Kathmandu. Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend on its shares.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Friday has decided to provide 10.52 percent dividend to the shareholders.
The company has proposed 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
