Kathmandu. Mero Microfinance Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held today has proposed to provide 5% dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has proposed a 4.75 percent bonus and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The dividend proposed by the company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the next AGM of the company.
