Kathmandu. Hotel Park Land is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO).

The company has appointed Citizens Capital as its issue manager.

The company and Hotel Park Land have signed an agreement to appoint a sales manager. The agreement was signed by Mr. Sharad Kumar Pandey, Chairman of Hotel Park Land and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, CEO of Citizens Capital.

As per the agreement, Citizens Capital will be the issue manager for the IPO after Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approval.

Hotel Park Land, spread over 32 katthas of land in Sauraha, Chitwan, has 32 rooms.

Hotel Sauraha is located at a distance of 350 meters from Gaidachowk. The hotel aims to expand its capacity and convert it into a four-star hotel with 105 rooms spread over 44 katthas of land.
