Kathmandu. Three companies have called their annual general meeting today. The companies that called the meeting have proposed dividends as well as right shares.

Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Guardian Micro Life Insurance and Ghorahi Cement are among the companies that called for the AGM.

Laxmi Sunrise Bank has proposed 10% bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.

The AGM will begin at 11:00 am at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. After the approval of the meeting, the shareholders will get the dividend fixed by the bank.

Similarly, Guardian Micro Life Insurance has also called its meeting for today. The company has called a meeting at Hotel Airport in Biratnagar of Morang district from 11 am. The company will propose to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 in the AGM.

Ghorahi Cement Company has proposed a 10 percent bonus share and 0.52 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

Similarly, the proposal to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:0.75 will be tabled in the meeting. The assembly will begin at 9:00 am at Hotel Pauwa at Ghorahi Sub-metropolis-15 in Dang.
