In 2023, the company had a turnover of Rs 2.35 billion. The company’s business declined in 2024 and increased in the last fiscal year.

The company has a long-term and short-term debt rating of Rs 67.23 crore. The company has a rating of Rs 6.43 crore for long-term loan and Rs 60.80 crore for short term loan.

The company was established in 1996 by the HR Goyal Group. The company went public in September 2024. The company has been producing 600 tons of OPC cement on a daily basis.

The company does not have its own clinker industry. As a result, the company has been purchasing and supplying clinker from other industries.
