Kathmandu. Pokhara—Pokhara Finance Limited (PHC) is going to hold its AGM for the next 2 fiscal years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Sunday decided to hold the annual general meeting for the fiscal years 2080/081 and 2081/082 on January 28.
The meeting also decided to close the book for a day on January 13. Shareholders who have remained valid till January 29 will be able to participate in the AME.
The meeting will be held at Durbarthok Banquet in Bastolathar, Pokhara.
