Kathmandu. The Universal Power Company (UPCL) has summoned its annual general meeting for 30th January.
The company had convened meetings for three fiscal years at the same time. The meeting called for October 23 has been postponed due to lack of quorum. The company had called for the financial year 2079÷080, fiscal year 2080÷81 and fiscal year 2081÷082.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Tuesday has called for 11:30 am on January 14.
