Kathmandu. Yashoda Foods, which sells current noodles, has done business of more than Rs 7 billion in a year. The company had a turnover of Rs 7.68 billion in the last fiscal year.
The company had a turnover of Rs. 5.86 billion in 2024, Rs. 4.95 billion in 2023 and Rs. 4.95 billion in 2022.
The company’s business has improved year on year. The demand for the company’s spicy noodles current is high in the market. At the same time, the company’s business has improved due to high demand for other current products.
Although the company’s business has improved, PBILDT margin (profit before interest, tax, etc.) has decreased. In the last fiscal year, the company made a profit of 7.43 percent. The company’s profit was 11.43 percent in 2024 and 10.67 percent in 2023.
The company has a rating of Rs 2.20 billion for long-term and short-term loans. The company has rated Rs 50.8 crore for long-term loan and Rs 1.70 billion for short-term loan.
The chairman of the company is Chunna Prasad Sharma. Established in 2017, the company manufactures and distributes instant noodles and snacks. The company was merged with Yashoda Noodles and Snacks Pvt. Ltd. in 2024.
With the merger, the production capacity of the company’s noodle segment has increased. The company had been producing 30,000 metric tons of noodles annually before the merger and now it has the capacity to produce 42,000 metric tons of noodles annually.
The company has also increased the capacity of the snacks segment. The company has been producing 900 metric tons of snacks annually and now it is producing 4500 metric tons.
