Kathmandu. In the last fiscal year, NMB Bank has paid Rs 2,36,04,317 as salary to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The bank paid Rs 1,86,09,353 to former CEO Sunil KC. Similarly, the company has paid Rs 49,94,964 to incumbent CEO Govinda Ghimire.

The amount has been paid to the CEO under the heading of salary, provident fund, allowances, bonus and other headings. He has paid 39 percent tax to the state from this amount.

Similarly, the bank has paid Rs 19.64 lakh as allowance to its directors. The chairman of the board of directors gets Rs 18,000 per meeting and the members Rs 16,000 per meeting.

Manoj Kumar Goyal is the chairperson of the bank while Sharmila Sanjib, Hardi Prakash, Thakur Jung Thapa, Uttam Bhlon, Harishchandra Subedi, Shirish Kumar Murarka and Bandana Pathak are the directors of the bank.
